Generate your own pin

PIN Generation

Online Banking

1. Login -> select Card Activation -> select PIN from the menu
2. Select your Debit/Credit card
3. Enter 4-digit PIN of your choice and confirm the same to set it
4. Request to receive OTP via SMS - this will be sent to your registered mobile number
5. Enter the OTP received and click “Confirm” to set PIN.

Phone Banking

1. Call AlSalama Bank Phone Banking on +97146092222
2. Select your language of choice
3. Choose option 3- 'Card Activation and PIN Creation'
4. Enter your 16-digit Debit/Credit Card number along with card expiry date
5. You will receive an OTP to your registered mobile number
6. Enter the OTP received
7. Now enter a 4-digit Debit/Credit Card PIN of your choice and confirm the same to set

Mobile App

1. Login -> Main Menu -> Portfolio
2. Click on 'Cards'
3. Select your Debit/Credit Card from the list
4. Select 'Activate' and set card PIN
5. Enter 4-digit Debit/Credit Card PIN of your choice
6. Request to receive OTP via SMS
7. You will receive an OTP to your registered mobile number
8. Enter the OTP received
9. Click “Confirm” to set PIN

ATMs

1. Visit your nearest ASB ATM
2. Insert your Debit/Credit Card
3. Select your preferred language
4. You will receive a OTP via SMS on your registered mobile number
5. Enter the OTP received
6. Now enter a 4-digit Debit/Credit Card PIN of your choice and confirm the same to set it

PIN Reset

Online Banking

1. Login -> select Services ->select Cards
2. Select Reset Card PIN
3. Select Debit/Credit card
4. Enter a new 4-digit PIN of your choice and confirm the same to set it
5. Request to receive OTP via SMS - this will be sent to your registered mobile number
6. Enter the OTP received and click “Confirm” to set PIN.

Mobile App

1. Login -> Main Menu -> Portfolio
2. Click on 'Cards'
3. Select your Debit/Credit Card from the list
4. Select 'Reset PIN'
5. Enter 4-digit Debit/Credit Card PIN of your choice
6. Request to receive OTP via SMS.
7. You will receive an OTP to your registered mobile number
8. Enter the OTP received
9. Click “Confirm” to set PIN

Phone Banking (pre-login)

1. Call AlSalama Bank Phone Banking on +97146092222
2. Select your language of choice
3. Choose option 3- 'Card Activation and PIN Creation'
4. Enter your 16-digit Debit/Credit Card number along with card expiry date.
5. You will receive an OTP to your registered mobile number
6. Enter the OTP received
7. Now enter a 4-digit Debit/Credit Card PIN of your choice and confirm the same to set

Phone Banking (post-login)

1. Call AlSalama Bank Phone Banking on +97146092222
2. Select your language of choice
3. Choose option 2 - 'Existing Dubai Islamic Customer'
4. Enter your customer ID/account number/16-digit Debit/Credit Card number
5. Enter 4-digit TIN
6. Select option 4 “Other EBS”. Then select option 5 “Card PIN Reset”
7. Enter last 6 digits of Debit/Credit Card number and card expiry date
8. Enter 4-digit Debit/Credit Card PIN of your choice and confirm

PIN Change

Phone Banking

1. Call AlSalama Bank Phone Banking on +97146092222
2. Select your language of choice
3. Choose option 2 - 'Existing Dubai Islamic Customer'
4. Enter your customer ID/account number/16-digit Debit/Credit Card number 5. Enter 4-digit TIN
5. Select option 4 “Other EBS”. Then select option 4 'Card PIN Change'
6. Enter your current Debit/Credit card PIN
7. Enter a new 4-digit Debit/Credit Card PIN of your choice and confirm

ATMs

1. Visit your nearest ASB ATM.

5. To change your Debit Card PIN, select 'Other Services' and then 'PIN Change' from the menu
