In line with the directives of the Central Bank of the U.A.E, updating your Emirates ID details not only prevents identity fraud and theft, but also protects your identity, safeguards your interests as a resident of the UAE and guarantees continued and uninterrupted banking services.

GET TO KNOW

You can update your Emirates ID details in any of the following ways:

1. Visit the branch and fill the Emirates ID details form.
2. You may also update your Emirates ID details through ATM/CCDM/SMS Pull service/IVR & Internet banking.
3. Finally, you also have the option to email your request along with your Emirates ID number & bank account number to uaeidupdate@dib.ae or fax it on 065071181.
